Zero Aerosol is a Canadian owned and operated independent company. We manufacture high-performance automotive and industrial maintenance chemicals — specifically our professional brake cleaner and lubricant products — delivered as aerosols engineered for demanding environments.
Our story
Founded in July 2025, Zero Aerosol started because consumables for small and medium businesses were becoming prohibitively expensive. We saw a clear opportunity to bring professional-grade brake cleaner to the market at a much more affordable price, without compromising on performance.
What we make
Three core formulas: Original non-chlorinated brake cleaner, Certified professional brake cleaner, and ZD-80 Multi-Use Lubricant. Non-chlorinated, low-VOC, and manufactured under strict quality and safety standards — batch-tracked from Cambridge to the dealer shelf.
